Family Photoshoot along the Nepean River, Sydney

After welcoming a new baby earth side into her little family, Samantha, now mother of three wanted a family shoot that would be snap shot of what life now looks like before it blurs past in a blink of an eye. Life is nothing short of chaotic. At home with her 3 children, ages 4, 2 and a 3 month old. Camping was a favourite escape where the little ones were free to run wild, marvel at the landscape, flora and fauna that surrounded. We chose a spot by the Nepean River, not too far from their family home in Richmond. The kids never tired of throwing stone after stone back into the river while the pelicans honked and the wood ducks squeaked at the disturbance.

Shortly after the birds echoed in a silent valley while hungry mouths were filled over a picnic that would make any kids eyes light up. A crisp winter morning turned back in time as if to reflect the after waves of summer and the kids stripped off to have a splash and play. The afternoon ended with muddy feet, with some tears at the disappointment of heading home.
