As most of you know, I primarily photograph young families and newborn's. This job allows new people to enter my life wanting to showcase their most memorable milestones in their lives that produce their most prized treasures. It is very humbling to be able to observe and watch these little love bumps grow into nurtured little newborn bundles and then soar into the such adorable little humans.

This session showcases the arrival of little baby Pippa. Sophia and Mark's second child. I have been photographing Sophia and Mark from the very beginning. As young newly married and pregnant with their first child. Right through to documenting confident parents with their second newborn.

Sophia loves the moments I have captured over the years and loves flicking through them and chat about them with her son. For her, she loves the fact that each image opens conversation. She has an image of the front of their old home, which now sadly no longer exists. She tells her son Henry that's the home they lived in when he was born.

Sophia tells Henry about her favourite photo, a moment captured of his dad trying to settle baby Henry while he cries, as daddy was the only one who could.

I love love love that she has told me how much these photographs mean to her and makes me tear up at the thought. It is so humbling and why I love being a documentary photographer
